Dear students,

We know that completing your studies brings many questions - what do first interviews look like, which skills are really important, and how to bridge the gap between what you learned and what companies are looking for. That is precisely why Level Up Academy was created.

Level Up Academy is a free pilot program of the Digital Serbia Initiative and UNDP Serbia that gives you the chance to develop skills that are crucial for the modern labor market through practical work with experts from leading companies and professors from various faculties.

What awaits you:
• Introductory lecture and 10 optional thematic modules
• Work on tasks based on real business situations
• Collaboration with experts from companies such as A1, Ananas, AikBank, EY, Inspira Group, Delta Holding, LEVI9, Microsoft, Nordeus, PwC, Schneider Electric, VEGA IT
• Topics: application of AI tools, data analysis, product development, marketing, sales, teamwork and much more.

The program is held live at faculties in Belgrade, and each module begins with an introductory lecture by a professor from the faculty. The final schedule and locations of the modules will be announced later.

Who can apply?
The program is open to final year students (3rd and 4th year), as well as graduates who have completed their studies in the last two years — in technical, social, humanities and natural sciences.

The program has a special focus on strengthening the role of girls and women in areas where digital and technological skills are increasingly used.
