Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished papers related to the conference topics. All submissions must be written in English and formatted according to the conference template.
Paper Requirements
- Papers must present original research results, professional contributions, case studies, or review papers related to the conference topics.
- Submitted papers must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- The official TEXNOVA 2026 paper template must be used.
- The recommended paper length is 6–10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Submission Process
Authors should submit their papers in Microsoft Word (.docx):
- via the conference submission system, or
- email to: texnova@tfzr.rs
Please ensure that the submission includes:
- Full paper
- Author names and affiliations
- Corresponding author email address
Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process conducted by members of the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the review decision according to the Important Dates schedule. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Presentation
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
