She enrolled in basic studies in 1992 at the University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty "Mihajlo Pupin" in Zrenjanin, majoring as Professor of Technical Education. Finished in 1997 by defending her diploma thesis: "LOCUS OF CONTROL AND EGO STATE OF STUDENTS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON SUCCESS IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION", earned the title of Professor of Technical Education, mentor Dr. Kosta Voskresenski.
She enrolled in her master's studies in 1997 at the University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty "Mihajlo Pupin" in Zrenjanin, scientific field: Management and organization of educational systems. Master's thesis entitled "DIFFERENTIATION AND INDIVIDUALIZATION OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION", defended in 2001, metnor Dr. Kosta Voskresenski, earned the title of Master of Technical Sciences.
Doctoral dissertation entitled "MODEL OF TRANSFORMATION OF A TRADITIONAL SCHOOL INTO A LEARNING ORGANIZATION" under the mentorship of Dr. Ilija Cosic, defended in 2012 at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad and obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences - Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management.
