NOTICE FOR STUDENTS – PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES AND OTHER STUDY-RELATED COSTS: Payments to the Faculty’s account for the purpose of paying tuition fees or other study-related costs (exam registration, credit transfer, year renewal, extension of student status, semester verification, thesis defense, and similar fees at all levels of study) may be made no later than Monday, 29 December 2025, as usual. After this date and time, any payment made will not be recorded and no refunds will be possible. The Faculty, as well as other higher education institutions founded by the Republic of Serbia, is transitioning to the System for Preparation, Execution, Accounting and Reporting (SPIRI), which will result in the closure of all existing Faculty accounts. With the transition to SPIRI in early January 2026, appropriate sub-accounts will be opened through which the Faculty’s further financial operations will be conducted. In due course, and no later than 15 January 2026, the Faculty will prepare and publish the relevant instructions/information regarding payments to be made through SPIRI. Instructions/information for students of all levels of study, as well as this notice, will be published on the Faculty’s website and social media channels, and sent to all students via email.

Documentation to be submitted when applying for a candidate:


The following documents must be submitted to the competition:

  • Competition application (purchased in the Faculty's script store);
  • Original or certified photocopies of: a) certificates for all grades of previously completed school; b) diploma on passing the final or matriculation exam;
  • proof of payment of the entrance exam fee;
  • read ID card (photocopy of ID card).
  • Birth certificate


A candidate who has achieved the right to enroll submits:

  • original documents from the previous paragraph;
  • a set of enrollment forms (purchased in the faculty's stationery store);
  • two photos of 4.5 x 3.5 cm format;
  • proof of payment of the registration fee fee
  • proof of payment of the 1st installment of tuition fees for self-financing students.

After completing the registration, candidates who are not registered should pick up their documents by the date
the end of the enrollment period.

After that period, the documents will not be saved.

Monetary fees:

- for taking the entrance exam: 7500.00 dinars

- for registration: 7500.00 dinars

Procedure - passed entrance exam at another faculty


If a candidate has passed the entrance exam at another faculty, points from the same course may be recognized for enrollment at our faculty.


The candidate should bring the following to the enrollment period at our faculty:


- certificate of passed entrance exam from another faculty (valid only within the same enrollment period, cannot be used for the next enrollment period)


- other required documents for enrollment


- application and application fee.


The candidate's applications will be considered on the last day of enrollment at 12 noon, together with applications from students who have taken the entrance exam at our faculty, but wish to enroll in a different major than their first choice.
